The Last Supper in tapestry #2 Unicorn Found

I will be using a magic square from Albrecht Durer's "Melancholia & I", as a key to talk about different regions of the painting. Yes, I could of done a 16 numbered grid going from 1 sequentially down to 16, but I wanted to use Durer's magic square and corresponding number orientation to pay homage to this great artist. Durer coincidentally was privy to some of the mechanisms and inner workings of the Holy Roman Empire, Maximillian I.

Initially we will be focusing on the top two rows of Tapestry #2.
Top row of tapestry #2 - Unicorn Found
Last Supper by Leonardo Davinci

Let us compare these two very famous pieces of art. If Jesus is represented by the fountain in the middle of the tapestry then we would have thirteen people in each scene. Jesus doesn't count as his own disciple. So we have twelve disciples and one Jesus in each scene.

We may also notice that there is a progression of color across both works of art. If we start with Jesus in the middle of the last supper, who is RED on his right side and BLUE on his left.  the colors alternate between RED and BLUE outward from Jesus. the same progression of color in Tapestry # 2 "Unicorn Found".  Starting on either side of the fountain.

The position of some of the subjects hands in each of the scenes appear to be very similar. One in particular, just right of Jesus. Our right, Jesus left. In each of the art pieces we have someone using their right hand to point up.

Both pieces of art have a large hidden equilateral triangle in the center of the art work.

Jesus/Fountain is at the top of the triangle.
